Alto saxophonist Eric Rasmussen is making a name for himself as a highly
creative instrumentalist who leads several groups which appear in New
York on a regular basis besides touring in the US. Also a prolific and
original composer, he was educated at Cal Arts, where he studied with
Charlie Haden, and New England Conservatory in Boston.
