Je absolventem hudební školy Swiss Jazz School v Bernu. Jeho učiteli byli Andy Scherrer Sal Nistico, Jerry Bergonzi, Joe Lavano a Dave Liebmann. Nahrává pro rozhlas a televizi, vyučuje na Jazz School v Curychu. Spolupracoval s hudebníky: Ray Anderson, Wolfgang Muthspiel, Irene Schweizer, Mark Egan, Danny Gottlieb, Al Jarreau, Harald Härter, Kieloor Entartet, Schlagart.
